I'm a senior SDE. My J1 is pretty chill and heads-down just get your work done. What is a good idea for my J2? Should I chose another SDE role for my J2 or branch into something else. I'd like to avoid meetings as much as possible.

I just finished undergrad freshman year at Emory University with a 3.36 GPA. It was primarily my first semester that brought me down(Got a 3.1 first semester and 3.7 second semester). What are your thoughts on pay discrepancies based on family structure? Ex.
