Also faced 1 early rejections for the same reason.

Now holding:
Mid-size company: 18 LPA (remote)
Startup: ~23 LPA (remote, in process) Main concern:
Options I'm considering:
Join startup (higher pay, higher risk)
Join mid-size (more stability)
Keep trying for product companies despite repeated HR rejections.

I wanted to share that I am in my first job as ui/ux expert and I am the only ux/ui person in the team. I am expected to take care of entire research and design of the product. It becomes very overwhelming as the product that I am working on is in a early phase and I am expected to think about ui as well as ux and also design entire app on my own.There is no user interview or user testing happening as my project manager thinks it can be done after product is launched. I'm still under probation but assigned to a Project already. Should I ask my Account Manager and HR about it or its unethical to do so.
