I’m a terrible employee...but all seems to be fine? I literally work 10-15 leisurely hours a week on this client and bill 40. Usually, i just log into zoom meetings and say a few adlibs throughout the meeting. Everyone seems to take my performance fairly well...even in formal feedback meetings. Is this normal?
