I'm an engineering dropout after 8th sem. Still have 5 backlogs. I'm making 15LPA as sr software engineer with 6 yrs exp. But I'm still concerned on how to go forward with it. Are there any courses I can do to get it across.

I am an experienced hire. My case might just take you by surprise. I joined EY GDS 10 months back at 40% hike (leaving PwC) and now Deloitte (DIJV) is offering me 2 level up designation at Manager level with another 40% hike. This has effectively doubled my salary in the last one year bt still I am confused to switch or not considering the amazing bonuses GDS payed off today. Please suggest.
