Maxing out Roth IRA for sure.
Meet the 401k match max.
Then start saving up cash in investments till you can start buying real estate.
Maxing 401k is a bit excessive honestly
I don't think the real estate priority is an obvious one - it can be a good investment particularly IMO as a hedge / secure store of value, but from an early career perspective I don't think it's a great idea due to historically lower returns vs just S&P
Also, it's an active investment which can be a pain to manage if you have tenants https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.millionacres.com/amp/real-estate-investing/articles/real-estate-vs-stocks-which-has-better-historical-returns/
You need to leave some cash on hand as an emergency fund and for cash management flexibility. If you have shorter term savings goals (<5 years), then keep those in a taxable investment account (with something like 40-50% stocks). Put the rest into your 401k/IRA.
