This is prob obvious to you, but want to say it just in case, don’t tell employers as you’re interviewing that this is a short term position for you. Most, if not all, consulting firms won’t want to put in the time and money training a temp hire— especially as you’re a new grad
@A2 if you’re scared of burning a bridge, there’s plenty of ways to leave a company under a year without burning a bridge. you can just say that you found something closer to home/ideal location/ideal project mix or industry/more aligned with career goals etc :)
For me, if I find a local place rn I can tell them when leaving that my partner and I are moving to Seattle/I’m moving there with my partner.

What was your major / what type of work do you want to do?
I was a political science and communications major with a focus in methods, models, and research. Ideally, I’d like to work in a field aligned to problem solving and analytics such as consulting, business, or marketing! I’m open to proximate fields though.
