I'm an MD in Brazil and I have been studying python and Anaylsis since my graduation last year. I've read "Python for Data Analysis" from that guy that created the lib pandas, and I'm around page 200 of "Introduction to statistical learning with Python". I also did cs50 Python and cs50 SQL, and currently I'm around 45% of my career track as data scientist in Datacamp.

After spending 4 years as a mid-level ops manager, I tried to break into HR through talent acquisition. Now after 6 years in TA, I've had a hard time getting out of it. My goal was always to get into a more broad HRBP position, but I've since worked for smaller orgs without a solid HR career path. When I ask about my career goals, they keep telling me, "Soon!"
