I'm at my wit's end! 😡 Our company has gone AI-crazy, and it's killing us content creators. They think AI can do it all, but it's a pipe dream! Sure, AI can help with some stuff, but it can't replace the human touch. They keep piling on more and more work, expecting us to churn out content like robots. It's non-stop, and weekends are no longer sacred!

Has anyone else experienced this kind of AI-induced chaos? How do you deal with unrealistic expectations and a never-ending workload?

I accepted a FADP offer but I have lifelong crippling anxiety It leads to (TMI) diarrhea, I can’t sleep at night, among a lot of other issues. I see a therapist and have their support in school accom. I appear high functioning and ever since uni went remote my life and performance has only improved. Why do leaders keep comparing how “good”the new staff/seniors have it because they make more money starting out then they did and working 55 hours is better than the 70-80 hours they used to work? Instead they should compare what options they have available to them and what their goals are.

Most of know basics of neither Alteryx, Power BI nor Tableau, while everyone in India is expected to know all the three. Most of the times we are expected to work till their afternoon (our Midnight)
