Hi all,
I have a offer from Perficient and joining in 2 months time. Question :
1: how is the company in terms of job security and projects? I work with web analytics
2: How is the hike and work life balance.
3: Attrition rate
4: Hike is good but will it be a safer vet like Accenture Operations?
Need some views from people working there.
Thanks in advance.

Finally found THE one, after over a year of searching and trying out at least 5 different ones!
A nice comfortable office chair.
https://ergochair.co/collections/chairs/products/ergonomics-mesh-chair-w-adjustable-headrest-and-armrest?variant=32511617597491
My criteria: mesh seat and back, arms, headrest
I tried cheap ones from Amazon. Expensive, second hand gaming chairs. Tried HM Aeron (second hand) and while I didn't like the bulk and the general design, I was sold on the mesh seating. I wanted to get the ErgoChair 2 from autonomous, but it doesn't have mesh seat.
AMA.

Monitor was just an external branding of S&A, which still exists. To answer your other question, in Deloitte Consulting, I’d say most consultants are aligned with tech implementations, not strategy.
Wtf is monitor Deloitte? Cyber security?
Pro
It was Deloittes answer to S&, EYP, etc

Seems like slapping lipstick on a pig if you are just calling everyone strategy consultants now.
We tried that with S&C and the reality it isn’t been a disaster and basically none of those Consulting folks , none, are true strategy
I think you misunderstand, Deloitte has strategy consulting which is completely distinct from other groups (we call them offering portfolios), and part of our strategy group came from an acquisition. We still sometimes use the acquired brand but from a people perspective it’s all strategy consulting and the brand isn’t relevant to our internal segmentation.
Monitor is still used for some branding, mostly with existing Monitor clients. There hasn’t been any formal / HR internal designation for a while now. Normal strategy consultants sit on ‘Monitor’ projects.
Deloitte does a really broad range of consulting across strategy, operations, tech, human capital, etc.
Pro
The strategy consultants are still a separate group (we call it an offering), just not some highly distinguished entity separate from the rest of the firm.
In some regions Monitor still exists. And yes we only do Strategy work.
