I’m considering accepting a job offer at a better agency with a nice salary bump but I’m pretty burned out from the past 18 months so I’m a little worried that I might not be able to hit the ground running like one normally should with a new job. But the alternative of not accepting the job seems even worse. Anyone else find themselves in a similar spot recently?

I have no consulting experience and I have accepted an internship offer at an advertising firm for this summer. What steps would you advise me to take to get into consulting? Also, I get to pick between strategy and accounts for the internship - would either be more useful?
