I’m curious how often your processes are delayed by other groups that you rely on. It seems that it’s happening more often in my role. The groups act like it’s out of their control even though it wasn’t an issue a few months ago. Does anyone have any advice on how to approach the situation?

Outside of FAANG, what are good large CA-based tech companies that provide good pay, WLB, and culture? DD has great people and WLB, but pay is low and you’re not given the tools and resources to succeed + truly make an impact. Google and Apple are ideal but need backups. Like is Salesforce still good? I applied to a job at KPMG and did the first two rounds of interviews, general interview, then case study and competency. Never before have I had such a positive feedback at the end of an interview of the 2nd, both said really like me, I did well etc.
It's now been 3 weeks since the interview and I still haven't heard back from the team other than the odd HR email saying they are following up with them. Is there something going on internally, I.e hiring freeze in the London office atm?

Need career advice. Trying to break into a finance role, preferably an Analsyt role but I have no transferable experience.
