Need some unfiltered feedback here. Only female MD / partner at my firm (male dominated, good ole boy industry to boot). I am dealing with what I hate to call sexism (I do think it’s unintentional) with my peers, getting left out of decisions that I shouldnt be / forgotten about for after work team building events (like hey guys, let’s go to the basketball game or to beers). My interview got over on June 29th right after the interview the recruiter called me and told I’m selected and they will be sending the offer letter. I have been reviewing professional resume services. I feel stagnant in my current position ( HR associates-contract) and have been in this role for 10 month.
