I’m currently having to run meetings for my department since we have an “interim manager” who doesn’t actually know how our job works so we’re having to do a bunch of managerial roles for them. I feel like this is great experience for my CV but it also feels like they’re really taking the piss, how do I talk to upper management about how this is making the department feel?
