Want to clarify - the jobs I’m applying to are for-profit companies. I cannot stay in the nonprofit field any longer - I can’t afford to.
If you’re not getting interviews, I recommend revisiting your resume (niche down to a few market sectors e.g healthcare, construction). If you’re getting interviews but not offers, then you’re not selling yourself. I hate to admit it but job hunting is so much about strategy now. You sound like you need to pivot

What size companies are you applying to? Trying to go from a non-profit to an enterprise company will be a hard swing. I would look at what industry your non profit serves and what businesses are similar to it. I would also apply at companies who sponsor your non profit as they are already familiar with the brand.
I’m applying to all sizes. Around my area, most companies are large corporations but I am trying to reach the smaller companies. I am really aiming for those businesses that sponsor us and have worked with me, so that maybe I can have a little edge in the game. My current role supports youth in our area, but we’re surrounded by manufacturing industry headquarters.
