I'm currently looking to make the switch from Non-Profit Patient Assistance Program Management(PAP)/PAP process improvement to Pharma PAPs. I'm willing to relocate anywhere and would love any advice on how to make the switch.
I currently run four PAPs totaling $350M, servicing 100,000+ patients, manage a contact center with 20+ direct reports, and have 15 years in the non-profit PAP/HUB sector.

The sales leader I interviewed with gave me a bunch of feedback, but said to find out information about tech stack, which I for some reason, didn’t consider. I come to find out that deep, hidden within the website of the hypothetical client, they use the service already. Do I roll into the final interview and play dumb or do i present and then come clean?

HR opinion: Do I have any leverage as a hospital nurse case manager in negotiating earned time? Applied for a position in Johnson and Johnson Canada. Reached the final round 3 weeks back. After not getting any updates I emailed the HR a couple of weeks back. They responded back telling me that they’ll have an update for me the next week. Again I emailed them on Thursday asking if they have anything for me before the long weekend ( Good Friday & Easter).
