I’m currently working on a project to develop a Career Roadmap and design a Learning Journey for the Sales Department. Since this is my first time leading such an initiative, I’d love to hear your advice on how to approach it.
Are there any frameworks or best practices you’d recommend?
I truly appreciate your guidance and support.

Great project! It's really important that the path is consumable by sellers and in sales terms. Sales career roadmaps can highlight moving from roles based on size ($$) and complexity of deals and territories, across industries, the degree to which the seller/leader can represent the full portfolio and client problem solving, as well as the level to which they represent the organization (eg do the influence and present to client C-suite), and finally plan for or innovate for the growth of the territory or channel. All of this can be defined succinctly and with observable behaviors, plus it gives people a visible and lucrative way to develop themselves. This works better if tied to role definition and title. Even though these moves usually provide minimal base increases, sales people do frequently appreciate the title and recognition, and access to senior leaders visibility.

Seeking advice: I am a young sales consultant and sales engineer working for a tech startup company. I have 6 years of sales experience. And I have been helping run my family business for the past 10 years. I was intially interviewed for a senior account executive position at a $70k offer. Instead they told me I needed more training and hired me as a Junior account executive at a $50k salary + commission. Today is my 6th month mark and I have done very well. And no talks of a promotion / raise..

Has anyone found a way to automate salary certifications?

We get about 3-5 requests daily to fill out salary certifications for our employees in EMEA.

At the moment, we have to do all of them manually. We open a pdf, then open their employee file and plug away. It's tedious and time-consuming, but the banks I found won't accept an internal salary certification for some reason. They're adamant about using their form. Has anyone come across this?
