The job search is so nerve wrecking.
Facebook (Meta) Hey there! I’m interested in applying for the Rotational Product Manager role at Facebook/Meta. I’m currently working as both a Senior CSM and a Product Specialist at a Health-Tech company. Would anyone be willing to offer a referral (I feel weird making this post, but, he we are haha). Happy to chat if needed. Appreciate your help :)
Can someone help with Vmware referral please?

Buckle up buddy. You’ve just described us all
A lot of ways to pitch this. I am exiting after 8 years and all my experience in 1 PA. Plus I was in education pre-M.B.A. and consulting, and there’s not a lot of transferable skills at face value. BUT - there is always a story to tell. Breadth shows you can handle different topics well and tackle any challenge. Whatever they want you to focus on, you likely already touched it. And, you’ll bring new and different perspectives to increase diversity of thought.
There should be a reason you think you’ll fit into any role to which you apply. That is all you need. That and confidence / belief you are the best will take you a long way. You got this.
Are you in PI or Risk? Maybe request to start specialising.. ask for more of the similar type of projects ?
That’s very good advice actually. However I am a manager and my case is a bit different. My project is heavily dependent on me, the practice lead jumped in when the conversation happened.
Think of the other applicants. They're either industry laterals or consultants too, you can spin it
