I’m getting interviews for great jobs (which I’m extremely grateful for) but i feel like the pay is always lower than what it should be and that they’re likely speaking to at least 4-5 other strong candidates. Anyone else feeling this?

I have been stuck deciding between two offers (both in IC, but one is more program analysis -similar to consulting work but on the fed side, and actual analysis).

The program analysis offer is at a higher GS level and a more well known agency, but is not what I’m interested in.

Does anyone have any advice on how to make a decision? Go with what I want to do, or go with the more well known agency and higher gs?
