I'm having trouble deciding between McKinsey and BCG Germany.

McKinsey seems to be ahead in terms of hard facts (brand, alumni network, staffing system), while BCG seems 'almost' on par on each of those categories and has a warmer/friendlier culture. What would you choose and why?
