Ernst & young global services I'm in a dilemma. Please help.
I've got offers from both Ernst & young global services and Cognizant
The details are as below-
EY GDS (Kolkata)- 14.5 LPA+1.45 LPA VP
Cognizant (Hyderabad)- 21.3 LPA+70k/year VP
Both are for Lead position and hybrid.
My current CTC - 11.5 LPA(all fixed)
Current location- Kolkata (Love this city)
The difference on paper seems huge but I think it's not much after taxes, given that I'll be far from my place which is near Kolkata.

Kindly tell me which to choose ASAP

I’m looking for a new job, working remotely, that doesn’t require a Bachelor’s. (I’m currently going back to school to get one, as I only have an Associate’s in Mathematics right now)
I had positions in private sector that allowed me to supplement having a degree with experience but not in public sector. I’ve seen coworkers get positions they aren’t able to do simply because they have a degree and then leave a mess for me to clean up but I’m not allowed to have the position. Any suggestions?

Hi Fishes, I am working as an IC in QA role with more than 15 years of experience, not getting good hikes and currently having 27.20 lakh INR, which I think its too low as per my experience range. Can some one suggest in QA role, if still chances are high to get good salary hike? Whats the best I can do and if anyone is aware of any suitable openings?

Salaries have really been spiking. I am curious what the salary for a Principal/ Junior Partners would be in a mid-sized accounting firm now. In January I was approached for $200K for a senior manager role. Now a head hunter has approached me with $225K.

I saw some sales managers discussing hiring strategies, especially for entry level roles (e.g. SDR, BDR).

One strategy that came up was having the applicant do 90 minutes of cold calling into real prospects with the hiring manager coaching.

What do you think of this approach? Would be curious to hear from both hiring manager perspectives and from candidate perspectives.

Company C - start up and supposed to work at client location Apple

Till today I was planning to join company C but got to know that it is bit harsh towards employees and only cares till we are with the client and once we are out our salary is stopped and even we might be thrown out .

Am nervous and have only 15days left in NP.

8 years of experience and 18.5 LPA CTC. Am I underpaid? Working on production support wtih C, PL/SQL, shell scripting, etc.. Please let me know what companies can I aim for and what package I can get. Thanks in advance doston.
