I’m in the process of making a career transition out of advertising to entertainment. I’m currently at $115k with $10k end of year bonus, $125K total.

The entertainment role is only $110k and the title would remain the same (Senior Manager).

Should I take the title and still being close to my base salary as a win or should I decline the role due to comp?

Role is sr acct/manager. Will be working on startups so i can expect to roll up my sleeves too. Responsibilities include reviewing staff work, month end close, FS prep and analysis, typical industry stuff but smaller scale

Long story short: last year in Nov 2020 I accept an offer for concentrix but unable to join due to COVID situation and got approval from the reporting manager it was only for a week.
Now recently I got offer for concentrix pune but they are asking to continue with last package which is below the baseline for this process.
When I spoke to the HR he says it's the policy and nothing can be done.
I loved the process but it would be really hard for me with the package.

I've that the COE team is supposed to guide TCS employees on client end. However, I've also heard that as they do not generate any profits, TCS moves them to client side as soon as possible.

The sheer volume of work is exhausting and I haven’t taken a true vacation as we are a small company so if something urgent comes to my email I feel like I must respond. I was given an additional title and more responsibilities last year as well but only a 3% raise for it.

I had a panel interview two weeks ago. I sent the recruiter a status check email last Friday and haven't heard back. I'm really interested in this company and still see the role posted on their site. I've seen people say that if you're underpaid, you can't just outline your contributions because your manager needs a compelling reason for finance to bump your salary and they need to prove you're underpaid.
