I’m leaving my job (1 year) due to the lack of training and growth opportunities. Planning to hand in resignation in the next couple weeks after my visa switch gets sorted with new employer.

Today, my manager mentioned he wants to put me into a new training course as company has finally realised they should train new employees… which should’ve been done a year ago. Is there any way I can politely reject this without telling him I’m leaving?

Took my little dude to Target so he could buy a Xmas gift for his sibling. While browsing, he lost his $42 he’d been saving up.
