Hello, I have a final panel interview coming up for a Strategic Product Consultant role at Procore (Construction SaaS). It’ll be 3 separate interviews, 30 minute each with a Team Lead, a Senior Consultant, and a Customer Success Manager.

I’ve already completed 2 interviews; 1 screening interview with a recruiter and 1 with a hiring manager.

I’m currently a PM for a General Contractor looking to pivot into tech.

I’m at the point that I start trembling every time I get an email alert. It’s the little things piling up that is getting to me. The to do list full of, “send emails to X about Y,” “follow-up re this,” “revise the 100 small things the baby lawyer drafted.” Tasks that might take 15 minutes to an hour individually, but all together it’s a lot. I’m the bottle neck. I’m the one who needs to move these things along. But there’s always something bigger and more urgent. Nothing’s ever FINISHED.

Yet another friend/colleague got engaged this weekend. It’s become impossible to celebrate people’s relationships. I’m a POC woman and I’ve been single since coming to the US 10 yrs ago. A handful of men have been interested but they were not Christian or back in my country. So many childless, single women in my church and I’m terrified I’ll be them soon.
