Bain & Company Bain & Company Do you have any insights into what they are expecting in the second (last) round? I saw that there are two cases and a presentation. Are they more interested in professionalism than the "analytical" skills assessed in the first round? Do you have any more insights into the presentation?
Many thanks in advance

Hi there! I am an Assistant to the Director and Program Support Coord. At my org - I'm not sure what your resume entails or cover letters, but I wouldn't look at AA as JUST organizing, or a secretarial position. I'm not sure how you see AA, or the type of AA you've been applying for, but just wanted to put that out there. Depending on the type of AA, if it's more internal like working closely with your boss, or both where you also working amongst people- my suggestion is not just the hard skill of calendars and Microsoft, you may have great listening skills that benefit your boss so you can inform them what is and what is not working at the office - bc you on the front line in some ways. You may be their confidant (as likely you may hear information from them that is not for everyone's ears). You may share how you network with people, are you good at advocating on your own or others' behalf? What types of critical thinking skills do you have? How do they work in your favor? Are you detailed oriented not just in material ways, but in thought processes? Which goes alongside critical thinking. You may need to keep your boss straight or help processes in the office remain smooth. Think outside the box :) Any additional questions please reach out! I'm new to Fishbowl so I am still figuring this thing out.
That is a great answer!
