Question! I just moved(transferred) to another team of my company and received new title, graphic & creative services. I was a senior graphic designer at the previous team. What do you think about my new title? My NP is about to end.
I gave 10-15 company interviews and converted 4 offers. But could get max offer of 22. Though it's a great amount, I see many here who get 25-30lpa offer with same profile.

Plz tell if 22 is fair amount or below avg for 4+ yr exp in analytics domain.

Looking for recommendations on financial modeling courses (paid) that I can take for 3 statements/operating model, valuations, M&A, & LBO. Have been getting interviews with banks (3 in 2 months) but I come up short with the modeling experience (and weak on the technicals too).
