Think about ZS, hyper specialized in pharma with huge teams working on value and access, payers, health systems, etc. I can also attest that we're hurting for managers right now, especially if you come in with a book of business or at least some leads. I (usually) can't complain about wlb. DM if you want to chat.
I hadn’t really thought about ZS but will definitely check them out. Do you know if they also do any work around value-based care? That’s where I currently specialize
Check out Protiviti and DM me if you find a role/solution that interests you.
Will do. Thanks P1
10 YOE could translate to M level. But without consulting experience, might be better to come in as SC and then move up. Instead of potentially struggling at M. Could really go either way depending on how well you interview.
That makes perfect sense. That’s what I plan to do as well, come in at SC and go from there. Any ideas what the other range is for SC and M? I don’t know what to expect
With 10 YOE that would bring you in at Associates or Lead Associate at BAH, that said BAH is a government contractor so they might not be able to pay you enough. If you have that much experience payer side of healthcare I might go for a biotech startup job instead on go to market strategy. If you go gov maybe 175 to 225 if you’re also experienced in bio informatics or data science, but you might be able wring more out of an offer. Especially if you can pull in or anchor work for the company.
