Java Microservices Architect with 40 LPA Fixed (12 YOE) at Nagarro. Joined 8 months back. Got an offer from Publicis Sapient of 55LPA (50 Fixed, 5 Variable). I have asked for 60, but that’s out of their budget. I’m thinking of accepting the offer only if 55 is fixed without any variable. What do tou think guys? Is it worth a switch? Hi all. Got an offer from Alvarez Marsal PEPI (Senior Associate) and Associate 2 at Kearney. Base is identical, A&M has this unbelievable bonus % so TC is probably higher at A&M. But I'm looking WLB, longer term opportunities, exit opps. What are your thoughts ?
