Bain & Company Hello Fishes.
What is the average CTC offered for a Research Associate with 1 year of experience in Healthcare consulting?
I'm looking forward for opportunities, hence would be great to know the current CTC trends to effectively negotiate with the employer.
Thanks in advance!

Yes, become manager. They will find the splinter in their your eye, especially if they have a plank in their own for screwing up, luckily to have it swept under the rug.
Everyone’s allowed to make a mistake, take responsibility and address it, then move on. I take every mistake as a learning opportunity and try to live by “never make the same mistake twice” and it’s feels easier to move on.

It depends what kind of mistake and usually more stressful when they affect others, but try to put structure in place to catch your mistakes- a checklist, a test for you to run against, a design review even if no one asked for it. If you are doing challenging work, there’s a higher risk for mistakes. But again, test your work against a model so you know before anyone else that you have a mistake.
