Im planned to move out of Bosch, due to poor hikes and zero learnings. Any body feel same ?

Dear Long term stayers, whats the motivation behind staying in same company for more than 5-10 years

Currently SM at Bain (4 years post MBA) and was approached for a senior associate role in portfolio ops at a large PE fund. Been told 2.5 years to VP and another 2.5 years to director. Feels like the role is a bit junior but offers a 50% pay jump.

Thoughts on seniority? Also, any interview resources for PE portfolio roles?

How realistic is it to think of a pivot from sales (GCS) to marketing as an L2? Should I start the process now or wait until L3? (Apparently a lot of people want this but nobody talks about it so insights are welcome)

Any advice on good courses to take/books to read for managing teams/performing well at Manager/Senior Manager level? Managing at Senior Manager level so learning skills like account development, team interventions, budgeting, winning work etc. Thanks Fishes!

My company covers in depth results each week, including meetings set/attended, wins, revenue, retention etc. I feel as if evaluating in such depth is detrimental to the psyche, as you never get to “ride the high.” In addition, some weeks are simply slower than others, and it’s not always representative of what the results at the end of the period or quarter will be. Is this not a big deal, and I’m I placing too much importance on it? Or is it beneficial to review results less frequently?
