I’m planning on resigning soon (nothing new lined up, I’m burned out and if I don’t make a big change I’m going to work myself into the ground) but I’m also one of the only out trans people at my agency and organizing a fair amount of the pride events (on top of the rest of my insane workload, wonder why I’m burned out…)

Should I wait until the end of the month so that there isn’t any disruption of the planned events? Or at least until after the in-person one?

I am a Reliability Maintenance 3P contractor for Amazon. I graduated with my Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering on June 2022. I’ve been working with Amazon for a year, but there’s a lack of prospective EE positions within the company. The job postings I see are either less or barely above my current salary. I’m four months into my job and I got put onto a PIP. I worked so hard to break into IB, put up all the hours and even working 2am nights for weeks, learned a ton, and improved a lot along the way as the sole analyst yet this happens. I’m extra worried because it doesn’t seem there’s IB analyst positions out there. Im really hoping come January more positions come up but I’m just praying they don’t fire me until then. Anyone have general tips for this situation?
