Why do recruiters ghost you?
I recently appeared for an interview (Data science) with Discover Financial Services
I could not understand 20% of the interview questions due to accent issues and answered them as per best understanding.
I think I might get a rejection.
Would it be a good to notify HR about what happned or should i wait for result?
Please suggest

I am hiring a paid media manager at Golin to join my team. Ideally someone with 3-4 years experience and wants to work with one of the best clients I’ve actually worked with in my career. We’re social focused and growing fast. I’m a firm believer in work-life balance and building a team that loves creating the best work of our lives. Remote is fine but central/pacific time zone works best for our clients. Ping me for details!
Poll: is your agency on a hiring freeze?
Worked at Viacom for 10 years. Unlike agencies some departments can be bloated with useless people. And the beaurocracy. Ugghhh. You aren't really expected to work late ever though, and benefits and 401k are great especially if you're going in at the Director or VP level, you get solid bonuses. Things will move slowly, and don't expect to change that. People hiding out from the actual work but who excel at social engineering can sometimes gain the support of a C Level and everyone's life becomes hell until the whole thing falls through and they get fired, then you restructure. Again. Also, I know people who have been at the same level for like 4-6 years. I dunno in 4-6 years I want to be a VP, like at least a senior director. Jeez. I couldn't imagine having to wait a whole year trying to please my boss for a three percent bump again. Not trying to scare you. This isn't everyone's experience, but for now I'm freelance, because I HATE having some HR person bullshit me about why I should be grateful for being underpaid and to tell me there's a lot of process involved with promotions and titles. Imho if you are doing it you should get paid for it, and if you want more responsibility you should get it. That's easy in an office of 50, but maybe a touch harder when there are 20k employees and the media landscape is crumbling beneath you.
If possible, find out who recruits for those companies rather than using job boards. They'll know how best to approach them. But remember the recruiters work for the companies, not for you. BTW do you know Jean Batthany, who is now VP of Global Creative at Disney?
