I would think your skill set would be useful on a shared services or accounting team. Search general job descriptions for the role you want and think about the tasks/responsibilities required and weather you have applicable experience. Highlight those items in your resume and, in the event you get an interview, don’t be shy to admit you don’t know how to of something. I’ve learned in-house roles are 100% about their culture and the interview process is 70-80% about personality and culture fit; they can teach you how to do things their way.
Work for a family office, definitely more interesting than MS
I hear you on the career change. Not sure about switching into investment banking, MS typically will source IVY league candidates. Where are you right now? Wealth Management?
Yeah I’m in wealth management. Maybe I should go somewhere smaller and gain some experience and come back?

Very bluntly, it ain’t likely. Unless you get a TOP mba
Yes, but you can definitely try if you know your stuff. Otherwise, consider going to business school
It's going to be really hard. I graduated from a top Ivy and have a target MBA, but because I spent 15 years leading 2nd line teams I can't get any traction. I hope you have better luck.
Anything is possible through networking…but may not be highly probable. Top MBA increases chances, but that’s a crazy pivot. You’d be junior; grist for the mill w crazy WLB.
PE has no reason to hire you as an associate when they have a healthy pipeline of IB analysts and associates to pull from, not mention laterals.
IB is also highly unlikely unless you lateral at MS somehow. 10+ yoe gives me the impression that an MBA and OCR aren’t in the cards for you at this stage.
