Waking 40 minutes a day is recommended for good health. I walk from my office 20 minutes away. Find a spot to sit and eat for 20 minutes. Then walk back the other 20 minutes. It really helps. I get out my frustrations and re-energize with lunch. Good luck.
I've been taking a lot of walks and that's been helping me decompress when I'm feeling really stressed.
Wishing you the best, good luck with the new job!

If you have time inbetween the 2 jobs take a mini vacation and go relax. Read a book, 📖 or just sit quietly and soak in your surroundings for as long as you can, do some no strenuous exercises then take a hot or warm 🛀 just soak in it and if you want to soak longer warm up the water.
The point is to rid yourself of all distractions in your mind, body, soul and spirit and 😌 relax. Thinking NOT a out anything else. Tell your mind to be quiet and your body to be still. This is not yoga. I personally am working on this spiritually (with the LORD God so I can hear from HIM. That still quiet voice). But you can do it also to just Relax. 😎
Take time off to relax/chill. If possible take a short trip.
In the very least get out of the house and into nature and in the sun/touch grass.
While working and when you start a new job start setting aside time daily or weekly to unplug and decompress and recharge to avoid future burn out.
Find hobbies and interests you can engage in outside of work that take your mind off of work that take your focus so it gives your brain something else to focus on.
