I'm so fed up with being ghosted after interviews. I had five different rounds with a company last week, and they've gone totally silent since then. Why does this keep happening to us? It's so rude.

How long does it take for PwC to send out rejection email? I interviewed with the team like a month ago, the recruiter called me the next day and told me that congrats, everyone likes me and told that they were working on my official offer. 3 weeks later, nothing. I worked in the same org for 5.5years and switched in march 2022. I was not allocated a project for 3 months hence changed the org and joined new in July 2022.
