Accenture - interviewing for Asset Management - Consultant. Coming from industry, made it onto ‘Skills Interview’ website makes it out to be an in-depth resume review. Hi all, I just got a job offer at PwC for a senior consultant position. The salary is 30% above my total comp right now, but I’m just worried about the amount of work I will have to put in compared to my amazing work life balance now. Does anyone have any experience moving from industry to consulting? I need some advice on what to do. I’m still early in my career (1.4yoe) so I feel like I shouldn’t care too much about wlb, but at the same time, I don’t want my mental health to suffer either.

Vitamin C Serum in the morning and retinold in the evening
You can watch on youtube Mixed Makeup with Susan Yara she really explains it well
How new are you ?
Have you ever tried any product with vitamin C or retinold ?
Make sure you incorporate products in your routine one by one and slowly, depending on your skin sensitivity, three times a week for few weeks before doing it every day, and one or two product a time to see...
For the base of a routine, you should read about korean 7 steps skincare cause it will all make sense
But basically
Wash
Tone
Serum
Eye cream
Moisturizer
Spf 🌕 or oil 🌑 and everything depending on your skin type and your concerns
Wow thank you so much! This is really helpful.
I'm very new. I've been looking at products and information recently and want to start but there is so much information out there that I'm confused. I'll look at the steps, but stupid question, which step would the Vitamin C or retinol come in at? Serum?
I've heard of the korean products and looked up Sulwhasoo, which looked very expensive but seem to have either rave reviews or kinda meh. Do you follow the steps with Korean products?
Apologies for the delayed reply. Thanks so much! I checked out the channel you recommended and it's super helpful :)
Yeah definitely will have to do some research in picking out the correct products!
