Yes! I would not be where I am today without it… the good weeks, the bad weeks, it’s been such a helpful part of my routine. I usually make a list of things I want to talk though/focus on before my session, and then take notes while I’m in session of things I need to do, even if it’s just simple things like “write what I’m grateful for, take a bath”. I bought a journal to help me stay grounded and write down things I’m processing or wish to improve, but I find I use my notes app the most just because it’s the most accessible. That’s my two cents!
