Whenever I feel like that, I try to find a meeting to go to or I call my sponsor for support. It's a danger zone. I hope you find a way to cope and find some peace for yourself. One day at a time.

Sometimes, all I can do is become willing to pray to be willing, and then only when I get miserable enough do I take any action.
At least you know the way out, but sometimes self-pity is all too comfortable.
I hope you will be okay. I am going through the same lately. I can't sleep and feeling anxious for no reason at all. I've been procrastinating with my work and it's affecting me mentally. I'm having these episodes frequently.
I've definitely been there. It's hard when you want to WANT to change but don't actually want to change. At least that's what it was for me. I say, don't wait until you want to do the right thing. Do it and know that it's the right thing and that the desire to do it will come eventually. Motivation is tricky like that. You don't get motivated through magic, you get motivated through seeing results.

When we least feel like going to a meeting or talking to our sponsor (or just a fellow AA member) is when it is most critical for us. Take the steps to do so, it will be good for you and your sobriety.
Op, I remember being that way in the early days…it’s a combination of (1) alcohol leaving your system and your body getting used to it, and (2) not doing what to do with yourself…I would suggest finding new activities to help things along, in my case I found that working out helped a lot…
(1) Activities: I would work out only 10-15 mins initially and then started doing that every hour or two…I did a lot of VR boxing but there are a lot of apps…free on YouTube incl. Yoga which might be an easy slow start…other than that find shows to watch, reading and re-reading books you haven’t in a while…whatever you are inclined toward naturally
(2) Meetings: I took the pressure off to do “90 in 90” or go to multiple day or go to specific ones etc…just find a new meeting and go to one…seeing other people, listening to their stories, laughing with them and being light will all help uplift and refresh you…you may just need a slight push to get up and go but nothing beyond that
Go to a meeting. Clean the coffee pots. Empty the trash cans. Wipe down the counters/tables. Straighten the chairs. Wait by the entrance and greet people as they come in to the meeting. Keeping busy in a safe place with help you get out of yourself. You’ll feel better, I promise!

Trust that this feeling won’t last forever. Lots of us have been there. When you’re up to it, just lean back into the program. So long as we don’t drink or drug when we’re feeling down, we’re sure to pop out the other side and feel alright.

Started off this morning with a fresh positive attitude, but I'm already worn down and grumpy. Darn it.
