or
I shouldn't lie about my prior experience on oracle .

My previous experience includes time at B4 audit up to senior level and then transitioned to manager in industry. Senior/manager roles are preferred.

I am currently working for a city and have been with my current position for about a year. Work-life balance and colleagues are great. I came from private practice prior to my current position. There’s a strong demand for laterals now; and I am thinking about going back to private practice because current salary is substantially lower (about 40% lower) than what I can get in private practice. Has anyone here thought about going back to private practice for the salary boost? 

I currently work in Revenue Cycle Management and I’m so unhappy. I started my career with BCBS processing claims and that was a dream. I would take a pay cut just to go back to that. I’m trying to transition out of RCM and into something else that will let me build off what I already know and still allow me to work from home. I’m considering getting my RHIT. Thoughts? Advice? If she got ~$100k in signing bonus in 2019 for 1 year commitment in CA and started FT in July 2020, assuming she leaves before July 2021, can her employer claw back full amount in California? Some say it's much tougher to do so under CA law but wonder if anyone has any insights. Banks won't likely care about analyst signing bonuses, but associate bonus at EB with diversity bonus can be significant. If she quits before, she won't be going to another bank.
