At bare minimum you should be making 6 figures. Stay long enough to understand the basics of your role, then leave for someone that will actually pay you what you're worth.

Your pay is more in line with a 2nd year Admin. For a product owner, that’s quite low. Although, what are your actual responsibilities?
That title could be used to describe a churched-up Admin role, or to throw you a bone instead of a raise.

So for a Product Owner, you should be involved in business process discussions, not triaging tickets. I would push for a more prominent seat at the table to actually develop a roadmap. That’s what a Product Owner should be able to do, otherwise you end up a glorified help desk.
In terms of pay, I’d expect more around the 115-120ish mark given this is your first foray into this title. Get a year or two under your belt and that should increase dramatically.
The biggest barrier is you don’t have “time under title” so, other employers will be equally as skeptical.
Do you have any direct reports? Do you do any solutioning or business analysis responsibilities? Do you own multiple products? Along with your years in the Salesforce ecosystem those factors will help drive your pay.
Truthfully there aren’t a lot of Salesforce product ownership roles. Although they are coming more common. All of my roles found me so that’s how I advanced (3x)
You should be making $100-150,000 with three to five years experience. I had senior BAs making that much
The BA title is bringing down your compensation. I had 7 BAs and 1 Sr BA reporting to me. BAs (all admin and most BA certified) made between 80-115,000. The Senior BA was 130,000. As a product owner you should be at the high end of the BA scale and the upper range of the SR BA role. Keep in mind CPQ talent is hard to find.
Truthfully the easiest way to get more money is to leverage your experience and go to another company. However, that may or may not be in the cards for you.
