I hope it does! Hosting 30+ activities sounds like a huge leadership lift. I'd love to know if recruiters see this as a differentiator or more of a “nice to have.” Feels like it shows initiative, culture-building, and cross-functional influence—but is that something recruiters actively scan for?
Maybe it does depending on the job you are applying for? I can see that working for an event manager for example!
