Seeking advice: I am a young sales consultant and sales engineer working for a tech startup company. I have 6 years of sales experience. Is it possible for me to learn new technology and switch. Recently acquired AWS cloud practitioner certification which is of no use to me now as they are asking for exp. How would you go about finding a remote AE role with a 100k base?

I have about 7-8 years of sales experience and have consistently out performed my OTE. I absolutely love my current role but I feel like I have out grown the company as there isn't a ton of opportunity to make more than I am currently making.

I opened up my LinkedIn to recruiters but all the offers are 60-70k base and 120-140k OTE. I am shooting for MINIMUM 80k base but ideally 100k or more.

Reposting from HR bowl: I’ve heard there is a hiring boom, especially for L&D roles. I was let go recently from a toxic environment (removed the company from everything) after only 4 days of work.
