Based where? If you don't want it I'll consider it, haha

lmao I applied for that job too

FWIW I worked with BCBS - completely agree with EY that your aren't going to see anything near consultant level growth at that place. The slow moving culture was dysfunctional but probably makes for a great work life balance if you are competent

like

I'm currently at BCBS growth at this company is virtually non existent. Pensions mean no one ever leaves and huge younger talent retention issues.

like

Richardson,TX haha it’s just a really great deal...if I pass I’ll let you know

Best of luck! Don't be nervous, you'll do great!

How many yrs total exp? Whats your current exp in? What level is the role? I believe it would be in marketing? Reporting into what level?

I would love that job.. refer me pls I’m based out of DFW

And where r u now OP?

EY1 7 years experience and I’m currently a BI consultant. Level is 3 steps from the CTO and very independent team that acts as consultants internally

That would give myself away EY1! #covert

PWC1 thank you

Depends on what your priorites are. If you wanted to settle down, no more travel etc, then yes. If you think this would be a good deal and possible growth opps etc, I dont think so. Cto having an internal consulting team that has a communication role? I dont know if the role will have the visibility and or influence to give you wings in future. Bcbs are very very slow organizations. Imagining growth there is not something I would do.

I really appreciate that feedback EY 1. Those are precisely the things I’m nervous about. I’m at a boutique consulting firm now and don’t want to make the wrong moves early in my career. Lots to think about if they make an offer

Where did you find that

hcsc.com

Ended up turning it down. Going to stick it out where I’m at for a while longer 😬
