As CTC comprise of huge (24 to 27%) variable amount, can someone help with queries:

1. What is appraisal cycle at Accenture ?
2. As they also have 6 months probation, are lateral hires considered for appraisal & variable(prorated) during first year?
3. Any date in year before which candidate must join to be eligible for appraisal & variable of ongoing cycle.
4. Does Joining Bonus come with any return clause, if yes whats condition ?

I'm a new adjuster but have great metrics and feel I'm doing fairly well. My family is struggling living paycheck to paycheck. I've been with my company about 7 months but I feel other companies pay more. I don't want to leave though. Any tips for asking for a salary increase? I was promoted a few months in to a tier 2 but no pay raise goes with that.

I doubt if they would send me out after project allocation done saying profile not matching. I had given Accenture interview on 5th March and on the same day got an email that I cleared the round then salary discussion also happened. But then they didn't release the offer. In the portal status went to " owing to business reasons we foresee some delay in processing your candidature". Also then after multiple followups got an update from HR that they don't have any requirements for the position. Now it's been more than a month what should I do ? Any suggestions would definitely help.
