In regards to Locums, is there any advantage to working with a head hunter i.e. expedite credentialing, or can one simply represent oneself and not have a middle man take part of a salary ? How does one due this ? Simply ask the hospital and negotiate pay etc ? Anyone here who has done both ways ?

Care too share any red flags or problems or disreputable head hunting firms?

Been a coach at the collegiate level for 6 years. Make a $65k salary. Want to leave coaching and break into sales/marketing/recruiting/consulting. I have ample leadership and recruiting experience with a strong work ethic.
