In the past week, many things happened very quickly, such as the completion of Round 1 and Round 2 for Deloitte, IBM, TCS, and Capgemini. Three days ago, all of them confirmed that HR would contact me for further discussion, but I have not received any response yet. Is the hiring process usually this slow, or is it normal for the HR discussion to take some time?

Microsoft is hiring an account executive and I’m really interested in the role. I have B2B sales experience in a different industry, but my skills include lead generation, prospecting, account management, negotiating, etc (all within the C Suite and other decision makers).
Would appreciate knowing if this is something I have a shot at with no tech sales experience and what I could expect for promotional opportunities and compensation.
Thanks for the help!

It takes sometime to process your profile. Wait atleast for 2 weeks after the week of interview.
Thank you
You should follow up the recruiter each 2day even if they get irritated keep track of it, otherwise sometimes they skip and after few weeks positions get closed.
