In the past week, many things happened very quickly, such as the completion of Round 1 and Round 2 for Deloitte, IBM, TCS, and Capgemini. Three days ago, all of them confirmed that HR would contact me for further discussion, but I have not received any response yet. Is the hiring process usually this slow, or is it normal for the HR discussion to take some time?

Interviewed for Meta exactly 2 weeks ago today. Contacted the recruiter last Tuesday and they said they were waiting to hear back from the hiring manager to discuss the interview results. Got an offer for SE III at a large tech company. Product I'd be working on interests me and I think I could grow more than in my current role.

Currently I make 180k base and have ISO/RSUs @ startup (60k/yr worth on paper, but won't be worth anything for a few years, if at all).

The offer is:
Base: $166,500
Target Bonus: 10% ($16,650)
RSU: 120k total (30k/yr)

Thoughts on offer? Should I counter?
