In which month does cisco pay the variable bonus/variable pay. Is it in half yearly cycle or yearly?

I am in final round of negotiations with a Amsterdam based organisation. I am a married guys with my spouse a 5 year old daughter.
I wanted to know your opinion on what should be the optimum level of CTC I should ask to reallocate to Amsterdam. So that I can afford to have decent lifestyle and savings.
