In your country, is it common practice for firms place more value on expatriate employees and treat them better than local employees? If so, what steps do you recommend qualified locals take to ensure they don’t miss out on employment opportunities to expats?

In my country, expatriates are often in high demand, and despite laws designed to protect local workers, companies still find loopholes to hire expats over locals. The issue isn't cheap labour either, but I suspect it's a control thing.

I'm realizing I don't really have any "healthy" ways of relaxing outside of work, so drop whatever you got. It's starting to affect my personal life and I'm worried I won't be able to have healthy relationships unless I can take care of myself first.

Shot in the dark since it’s an expensive, niche, and quartz watch… but does anyone have a Breitling Emergency?
