In Zs Space under tasks in my profile base salary is showing as 21 but in offer it's 19

Currently working in customer analytics but thinking marketing analytics is where the future us headed and room for more growth and better pay. What do yall think?

I am going to move to a well reputed organization from a budding startup after working in it for more than 2 years. What is the percent of hike I can expect if I was working below par in startup expecting it to grow and be part of the management when it would be big. I was diagnosed with ADHD at the age of 12. My family did not opt to put me on medication. I illegally discovered Adderall in college. Worked incredible. Got diagnosed after college & after having been fired from my first job. Passed the CPA exams on Adderall. Went off of it again. I do everything well at my job except for attention to detail within my excel files & emails. Will taking ADHD medication really fix this? Does anyone else have this issue and was it resolved by taking medication?

To what extent is MBB a "mini network" itself? They say it's easier to land exits when you have firm alum at your target company. If you're at one MBB, does that same logic apply (to a lesser extent) for people at the target company who were formerly at a different MBB than me?

I have been given a task which is way out of my wheelhouse and there is no supporting AC or C working with me on the request.
