Immigration team has paused any
travel to U.S. until further notice.
Also since it's going to expire in sept
2026, i need to fill an extension, but
the manager is not responding, i
think extension is also paused.
Is there any chance of Onsite or shall
I switch to someother company!?

Is your H1B petition scanned all messy misaligned? Just want to check if that’s normal or if I should try to get the lawyers to fix. I’m paranoid it might hurt down the line

Is it just me or are there entirely too many people in Business Services, specifically TC’s, who are just folks from client service that don’t want to deal with hours and travel anymore but have no formal training in the Business Services function they transition to? It seems to me very few TC’s are professionals in HR with any background, training or certifications in HR.

@ those who have gotten their H1 stamped - Can we use the auto generated employment verification letter from ToD for H1B stamping Interview? Or do we have to get a separate letter signed by a Manager?

Is it true Deloitte is not sponsoring H1B visas? I have a friend considering joining as an SC after MBA. However, they are concerned that Deloitte is not sponsoring. Are these fears correct? Has anyone had success transferring Chase Ultimate Reward points to a friend? I see that only “household” transfers are allowed but don’t know if there’s leeway with the term. Worried chase might flag the accounts or stop the transfer if the billing addresses don’t match. The transfer is only for 40K
