I keep seeing new GD reviews about the company moving away from the hybrid work model and mandating RTO. Can any current employees explain what’s going on? How is CGI pune office?
Will CGI provide work from home for initial days?

Do we have work from home option or Hybrid culture in DBS?

Got to know that the current hybrid work policy (3 day wfo and 2 day wfh) is valid till december only, post which everyone is suppose to work from office.. is it true?

Just was notified that all work from home privileges are being removed. The reasoning? Because executive office wants to.

I woke up this morning, went to the gym, made myself a nice breakfast. Folded some laundry, cleaned up the apartment and now I’m working outdoors at a coffee shop. Lunch hour is blocked so I can take a nice walk and listen to a podcast. God I love remote working.

I would like to hear from any UX Program Managers who are willing to share their experience.

How difficult is it to juggle a remote role with a hybrid role?

My current role is hybrid with at least two days a week in office. However, with the potential economic downturn, I'm considering holding on to the role to supplement my income.

I'm new to the overemployed movement, so I'm evaluating the feasibility of holding onto the hybrid role and the remote position.
